Online Purchases Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you may return any item within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it.

Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges on the returned shipments. Return shipping costs, however, will be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Please make sure the product is adequately packed, and whenever possible please return products in the original packaging they were sent to you in.

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and that the refund is in process. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order.

Replacement and exchange are not supported. Customers may return their original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. You will be responsible for paying the new price for the replacement item.

Follow the steps outlined below to return your items:

  1. Visit your account’s Order History to create a return items authorization, or click the Start a Return button below.
  2. Print two (2) copies of the return confirmation page and one shipping label. Include one copy of the return confirmation inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box. The second confirmation copy is for your records. Affix postage, and ship your package; don’t forget to include your return address. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
